Took the untouchables tour a few years ago, pretty worthless if you are not a complete "tourist". Better to locate the places yourself, I even went to Cicero

It depends on how much you know. The average visitor knows nothing. I remember they took you around to the massacre site, Lexington hotel site, Taylor Street, the Hymie Weiss and Dean O'Banion assasinations and a few more.
So if you already know all that stuff, yes, it's useless.
For the average person who has only a very casual and fleeting interest in this and just wants to see where the famous stuff happened, I thought it was OK.
