I know Russo's old and possibly retired, but Fareses Carmine's nephew so he can't be that old?

I thought i read somewhere that he was released but can't remember where exactly. You're right though the BOP has his release date as unknown - http://www.bop.gov/iloc2/InmateFinderSer...p;x=75&y=11 . By the way Philip_Lombardo, Russo is related to the Persicos too.
Also Carmines son must be nearing 60 now.

I posted this last year and I stand by my prediction. Tommy is staying in Florida for the most part for two reasons.

1) He loves it down there.

2) He knows exactly how lucky he was to win his last trial.

But then again, he lives very close to Joey Merlino down there. Maybe they'll get something going .

I definatly agree with your prediction and if russo was smart he would follow him down there cause he was also extremly lucky. But he was said to have grand ambitions of rebuilding the colombo family and bringing it back to prominence, but maybe this whole ordeal has awakened him from that pipe dream.

Richie Fusco is the consigliere. Russo is out, I believe, but I'm not sure if he's under supervised release. If so, he probably isn't acting boss at the moment.

No, Billy Russo is not in prison. Donnie Shacks was acting underboss but I'm not sure if that's still the case.

Ralph Lombardo is another guy who gets overlooked. He's a capo out on the street. Of course the dude's like 81 so probably not

According to several informants, Greg Scarpa being one of them, Persico Sr was made a captain by his brother around 1988, demoted by Orena around 1991. After the Persico/Orena war, he was back as a captain and served on a ruling panel set up by Persico before being sent to prison in the mid 1990s. And he did have a crew. Are you familiar with Joe Smash and Joe Gooch?
