Chicago is not necessarily the best person to answer this particular question. As was pointed out previously, his notions are outdated & his sources unreliable.
He is clearly one of the few on this site (along with Johnnynonos and Gary Martin) who are realistic about the current state of the Outfit. Unsless i missed it no one has succesfully discredited Chicago yet.
Apparently it's been proven that the user: Chitown used dead members to increase the outfits size (which makes me feel sad for what his existence must entail)
. His photos have been proven to have came from Facebook also, so i don't see how Chitown can point out that anyone's "notions are outdated & his sources unreliable" .
