This guy had a couple thinks going ,he had stuff in Borgta and one more casino that the feds did not bring up so i wont.But this guy is not stupid ...little pushy but stupid..So was he framed up or was he drunk ,No one in there right mind does that hit and leaves the gun on the seat of the car that 100 people saw driving away.Dont get it do u?

Very confusing to me also serpiente .. Framed ? That's hard to imagine but as you know the hit wasn't even a mile away from where he lives off packer. Have to think there was someone else involved in this thing - or could it be a solo hit? Some of the younger guys on street would be looking to make their bones on something ... think nicodemo also has family that live on iseminger.. Hit happened in the middle of the day - couldn't have been drunk I don't think at the time this thing happened .. the guy was getting into his car - couldn't have been a fight I don't think ... You are right a lot of people saw his car and think the mailman got the tag numbers they used to trace it...so believable witness...I know this has been talked about on previous threads but he's a suspect in gongs hit and maybe a couple others .. he also had an insurance gig on federal street where he was picked up on wiretaps

I think the grande kid was taken in for questioning. He's been away for 9months or so - he has court dates coming up but not sure when or if the trial is actually set yet ..

This hit happened durin Mazzone watch and during a mayor trial. I'm sure those guys are not very pleased with the hit. Maybe Mazzone wanted them to stay in. Anything is possible in the city of brotherly love!

That was a hit. He was either there to supervise it or he was the shooter. I would really be shocked if it turned out to be a beef over a parking spot or some neighborhood shit.

Just local neighborhood talk as far as i know. I can't vouch for it and say it happened but thats what some local guys who know him said to me.

I don't think they have a witness that puts him at the scene. The car was id'd but i'm not so sure he was. When the cops went to his house he wasn't in the car. So nobody as far as i know has actually said he was at the scene of the murder and can prove it.

Then someone else said he just visiting his mom and saw DiPietro. Supposedly he just snapped but i think thats bullshit. I'm convinced it was a hit.

A second degree and the possibility of even a third degree charge. "IF" thats really true then the case might not be as airtight as the cops have said. If they had an airtight case for murder 1 they would go for it.

I read on here that the ballistics matched the gun in his car but the powder test did not match on him ... Again could be bs

Haven't heard anything about security cameras.

But they did pick up the hit on Joe Chang and not sure if it's true but years back there was a story about a distant local security camera maybe picking up 2 or 3 guys going into or leaving Johnny Gongs house. Just wasn't clear enough to id anyone though. But i never heard the cops say it so thats another one of them possible bullshit stories you hear going around. It might of been in City Paper, but i'm really not sure. Anyone else hear that about the hit on Gongs?
