Yes, when Joe Fosco sticks to talking about the Outfit structure and tells some of his stories that don't have a MOTIVE behind it, like hatred, then he's very good.

When he starts saying that John DiFronzo ejaculated sometimes when he was kicking someone in the head or when he gives details about a murder that took place, He's full of shit.

He can't say Johnny is the all-powerful Boss of the Outfit who wanted to kill him and then say that Johnny has deactivated himself and is out of the rackets. DiFronzo could care less about him or his blog as is evidenced to the levels of personal attacks that have existed without the type of retaliation that would have occurred 20 years ago. Allowing Frank Coconutte to call Pete DiFronzo's office and try to talk to his DAUGHTER while they were making their Audio recording is harassment.

Allowing Frank Coconutte to call Jack Cerone Jr. ( An Attorney who filed charged against Fosco previously) on the phone to ask him questions about his father is harassment.

Someone should ask Magnafichi is Elmwood Park and Grand Ave Retreated several years ago.

He might not give an honest answer because he hates DiFronzo, just like Fosco, and would possibly want the Feds to think they are still active in the street rackets.

Fosco even said they retreated years ago on some of his earlier postings, which is correct.

However, that's why Magnafichi was shelved over 10 years ago.

Also, Calling Cerone Jr. from Fosco's show knowing Cerone Jr. had filed harassment charges against Fosco is absolutely Harrassment.

Putting all that aside, I think Magnafichi does have some good stories about Jack Cerone and the Elmwood Park Faction of the once mighty Outfit, but that's about it.

Okay, this has got to stop. Mike Mags was never an associate or a nobody. He was a somebody upon birth, became a very high ranking soldier (at a remarkably young age) within the elmwood park family, and was a numbers wunderkind for them for quite some time. The drug addiction was very unfortunate, and what he did was shameful & what he has become is absolutely pathetic, but setting personal opinions on the man aside, he isn't a nobody. The kid was old man cerones driver & right hand man for years, for cryin out loud, and was extremely close with the Cicero people (probably would Have been made into them shortly after elmwood folded, had he not fucked it all up).

Cerone's Chauffer/Bodyguard was Willie Messino. I personally knew Willie. He lived across the street from Cerone down about 5 houses.

Mags was direct with Joe Andriacchi, his late father's best friend as both came up together under Cerone in the Elmwood Park Crew. Mike made some seriously fucked up business decisions and got in a lot of bad deals with guys like Anthony Chiaramonte. He borrowed money from Joey A to get back on his feet. When he lost that too, Joey couldn't do anything more for him and he was frozen out. It had nothing to do with the Elmwood Park crew "retreating" or whatever the fuck. It was over money plain and simple.

All of that is true, and in addition, Mike was deactivated from Bookmaking when the Elmwood Park Crew retreated.

Mike was deactivated from Bookmaking because his book fell apart because after he lost Joey A's money, no one would bank him anymore. Marco was doing it previously. Did your "father" teach you what a bank is when making book Chicago? lol.


Mags lost Joey A's money in stupid business deals period. He let people take advantage of him. Everyone backed away from him after Joey A stopped talking with him. This happened long before DiFronzo told everyone in Elmwood Park to keep their heads down.
