AZ, I don't know when he gets off but is six months a dead on date or a aprox. Because he was booted out of boca raton condo . Now he is said to be looking into a book and or movie deal,if not already done. Now this is not something i know this is something i herd.So if that is true then no way he is going back to the top spot Philly is to close of a community , they will take that as a sell out. Now if he did not get any money for a book or anything he is going to need to make a move soon.If it is a legitimate move or getting back to the street.Now feds have tried to get him hard once already so six months may be a problem.

Looking forward here but if borgesi is found not guilty and he's out of prison can he return to philly without probation

Yes if Borgesi is found innocent he will be a free man 100%, since he has already done his complete prison term from his last charges.

from what i understand(which maybe wrong) was that long john wanted to take over the family when he came out of prison, so uncle joe being acting boss definatly had the authority to take him out if he thought long john was a threat to him.

That stuff i know , My backdoor came out to scarfos courtyard.I have known them since 1970 .What i was asking is Joey he would come down each summer and him and jr. were the best of buds . But after like 86 he never came around. Actually Scarfo Jr is looking at 2 big cases. The bust with the Lucchese guys and that bank fraud or whatever it was case. With his priors he's going to come out of prison an old man if he goes down on both cases which i think he will.

No, i agree with you. It's most definitely not worth it. I've mentioned that in past threads. How guys sitting in a cell for 20+ years can think it was worth it no matter how much they made is beyond me.
