Ya im planning on watching it, im a sucker for anything with dylan mcdermott in it I liked him way back when he was in "The Practice." Then I saw ONLY 1st episode of "American Horror Story" and loved it. However, after attempting, without luck, to find in-sequence episodes via FX, tv website downloads, HBO on-demand, AND waiting for repeats on FX, I gave up. It was so frustrating that I'm no longer interested. Btw, the other channel has a new show with James Spader (the title escapes me) but that too looks like it might be good. TIS

I don't have Netflix but I'm thinking it'll be more & more popular. Isn't that the only way to watch "House of Cards?" That show it seems is a big hit. Looks good to. Do you pay as you go or do you have to join Netflix at a monthly rate? Yes, I know what you mean about so many shows. I have quite a few I watch regularly. The seasons are so different, that I wrote a list of WHEN some of my favorites come back. LOL I think they are edging out regular tv? Still a few regular shows on network channels, but notice how many freekin' reality or in general, what I call, bullshit shows are on basic tv? I only watch a few network shows. TIS

You HAVE to watch on your computer?? I remember checking hulu when I was looking for American Horror Story episodes. I needed episode two, to continue in sequence. It started with 4 or 5 or something. I couldn't find the next episode. Anyway....... TIS

Camarel, well aren't you nice. Thanks. I'll save the link for now but have just two questions. 1. Is it free or do I need the "Pro" account or what?? 2. I always hesitate to download from unknown sites for fear of a computer virus/spyware, etc. Are you confident in this site? Again, thank you. TIS

TIS 1.No you don't need the pro account just click continue as free user and then click play and it will work fine. 2.It's not a download, it's just a streaming video. Yes i'm confident in it. I used it to watch Mad Men when i was unable to get it on UK tv. I'm sure alot of other people have used it on this site.

Oli, I've watched "The Middle" a few times. It's not bad and actually funnier than you might think. I just tend to lean to more dramas. There aren't too many comedies I watch. I am watching the new season of "Person Of Interest" however, which starts tonight. Criminal Minds starts tomorrow and Walking Dead (my personal favorite) on Oct. 13. Another show I just started watching last year was "Arrow." I ended up following the entire season and I actually like the show. I missed (fell asleep) Hostages yesterday and I plan to watch that on HBO On Demand tonight and maybe Blacklist (with James Spader) which was on the other channel of Hostages. Either nothing's on or all good shows on at once. LOL TIS

Has anyone heard of or watched the comedy The Middle starring Patricia Heaton and Kris Kattan? It's in its 4th season on ABC. I never heard of it until today. I'm a fan of that show. I've been watching it when I can for the past two years. The kids are growing up and it's not quite as funny as it used to be, but it is now in syndication with another favorite of mine, Modern Family, which is still top notch. These are pretty much the only network (Non-news or non-sports) shows I watch although I miss some weeks. A lot of the new shows have been promoted for months, and last night, by chance, I flipped to The Goldbergs, and watched most of it. I thought it was terrible. There's nothing funny about a lecherous old grandfather taking his young grandson into a diner and tell him how to touch women's breasts. The show takes place in the 80s, so I think they're hoping to appeal to the nostalgic, who might be willing to overlook juvenile writing. And speaking of the 80s, I see Michael J. Fox is making a sitcom comeback with his own show on NBC either tonight or tomorrow. If I'm in front of the tv then, I'll give it a watch.

SB, I checked ON Demand and it wasn't on yet. I'll check again tonight. However, I did see Hostages and must say I liked it real well. I'm hooked on that too. TIS You might want to check again. I looked last night and couldn't find it because I was looking under B. It was actually under T for The Blacklist.

I finally watched part of an episode of The Middle. It was amusing. However, Patricia Heaton has changed. It's been 10 years since EBLR's final episode, so I guess that shouldn't be surprising. Nevertheless, I was surprised.

SB, I see you're right Blacklist IS on "On Demand." I do plan to watch it today or tomorrow. Thanks. I guess I'll watch Big Bang Theory tonight. Btw, I am a huge Law & Order fan. Never realized how much until this past summer. Time when I was home and nothing but reality shows, reruns, same repeated movies, etc. Thank God for L & O. I've seen many from early 90s and not just the regular L&O, they have SVU, CI as well. Speaking of L&O, anyone watch the premier of this season's SVU? (Good thing I did watch re-runs, I had just seen the season finale last week). Olivia held hostage by a psycho? Good episode. One of the best of the SVU series. TIS

Yes it is but I haven't checked if last night's episode is on yet, but it should be. It was a two parter, but the first part dealt with Olivia's capture and the second was another story with references made to Olivia's ordeal. Btw, I missed Criminal Minds which is on at the same time. I'll try to catch that later too. Geez, it's nice having NEW stuff on tv again. TIS
