How about Vic & Gas who slaughtered dozens of their own guys and forced other loyal high ranking members to flip? The same with Nicky Scarfo killing dozens of his guys. What about Carmine Persico who turned the Colombos into a joke? Gotti was bad, but not as bad as the others.
