I guess we should strike FDR from the books then, because there has been evidence that the White House knew Pearl Harbor was going to get attacked.
What about James Madison, when they burned the White House? That was an attack!
I tell you, getting blown on White House time is a bit different than trusting international intelligence to protect the nation. :p
