As I mentioned in another thread, the original site plaw mentioned has moved. Here is the new link: http://redwing.hutman.net/~mreed/ Unfortunately, the old site had the flame types designated by numbers in the links. The new site has them classified alphabetically by name, so now it's pretty much impossible to know which BB people were linked with which types of flamers. Still, it's a very amusing site. Signor V.

I found this link which will take you to a mirror of the original Flame Warriors website. The drawings are linked with numbers like the original site - but here they only go up to 80, though - so there is a fair chance that we can now see what plaw meant by most of his original links: Flame Warriors Mirror Site Signor V.

I think you're right. There's only one digit difference between the two links. I'll have to check some of the others.
I wish there was some way of figuring out what the "missing" ones were.
Now that I've looked at the site again, I have a feeling that all numbered types may have to be adjusted by one digit: plaw had himself down as #17, but on this mirror site, it would be definitely be #16 (the word "humorless" is also a giveaway). This would also explain the discrepancy in JGeoff's designation.

I wish there was some way of figuring out what the "missing" ones were. Actually, most of them don't seem to be right anymore. I can remember some, but not all. So I stick to what I can remember: JG: Admin Patrick: Pinko Saladbar: Issues SC: Nanny Turnbull: The Godfather Partagas: Yuk Yuk Don vencent: Garble "Big Dog" and "Me too" had separate pages. The honor went to Apple and FS. Plaw: Philosopher (except with a sense of humor ) Ragging Bull, Double J, Mr. Baggins, Lombardi. et al?: The Swarm And I don't remember the rest.
