Ralph Staino was one of the last people Scarfo made it was right before they got indicted, it is mentioned in Blood and Honor it was after the p2p thing

I know Ralph is DEF Anthonys uncle. But I am not 100% positive how theyre exactly connected. Probably Ralphs brother is Anthonys father, and I have never heard anything about him. Anthony was a union guy in the 90's probably as a favor to his uncle by scarfo. He probably met Ligambi around the same time and they must of been on the same page with how to make money. Thats probably how they became so close.

And Ralph was Def made by Scarfo. though not very active when he got out of prison. He was ill and later passed away.

What do you base that on, his being a mafia member? I will take Cuban Girls word for him being as she said. All the reading I have done on Crea, he has always seemed more into money side of things, and never have I seen him portrayed as a thug. It does not make him an innocent, but what are you going by?

No need for your sarcasm. If you take the time to read the indictment of him, there in no violence in the charges. The extortion charge is due to money being skimmed, and pay offs. This is extortion under RICO law.

probably Atlanta, it's where he'd been for the majority of his bid. Right now hes @ Butner according to the BOP site. But hasn't been for long at all, so considering how old he looks in this picture it's @ one of the two, Atlanta USP or Butner. Whoever took it was more than likely another inmate whose job is to take inmate photos in the visiting room that'd be my guess

I've never heard of Scarfo being under any Protective Custody orders in prison so I'm sure he's in gen pop. Just another convict behind the wall
