Wow - gonna be a long weekend for the defense family and friends. Yeah, I'm not even really following this time. But these guys have to be at the point where they just want to say, either send me to prison or let me go home, but get me the fuck OUT of holding pens and courtrooms. It's enough already.

I think they already have their decision,it was just a matter of crossing the t's and dotting the i's as for a verdict today.I seriously doubt they will forget 8 weeks of testimony over the week-end.The only problem I could see would be if this juror couldn't continue then what,do the alternates know what's up or is that more delays. They get time served for all this time they've been lock up correcto? not much but a few months can't help but put a tiny dint....

This case is so old one of the guys is getting released in 4 months. Lol who? Robert Ranieri. Robert Verrecchia was only sentenced to 12 months, so he's already out.

For Borges if he walks he can have his lawyer ask the judge to take off 2 of his 3 yrs supervised release couple guys in NY got off Vinny TV I believe. Dude if he beats it he is definitely off papers, he served his full sentence, no supervised release for him, he'll be down in Florida for the Super Bowl wit Baba, the guy deserves it, prove he did all the murders and other shit or everyone needs to shut the fuck up....

If Georgie walks he'll stay in SP with his family if he's able to. No business in Boca or South Florida - he will want to spend time with his wife. I was at the trial on Thursday morning during the tape - jury listened to a 60 or 90 second recording - my opinion is that it was good for defense bad for aponick and DA. Georgie looked good and confident as he should with the evidence and witnesses presented .. Joe looked good also - it's a shame they have been kept them inside this long - abuse of power and I'm no homer. DA and team definatley looking to pad their resumes. Messing with people's lives while doing it is pretty low. Its pretty ironic that you think the government is messing with Georgie's life. This guy is a multiple murderer who has made a living destroying other peoples lives. Now it doesn't matter to me whether they get off or not, but if they don't, its not exactly a miscarriage of justice. Everything needs to be looked at in perspective.

I don't have a horse in this race, so I don't really care if they get off either. But I think what jmack is trying to say is, karma can be a bitch .
