I am so sorry to hear that. frown Saw her movies on tv all the time when I was a kid.

One of my aunts (my dad's sister) who is around 80ish I think) got a Shirley Temple doll when she was little. Must have been during the peak of Temple's career. For whatever reason, that doll stayed in the box in the closet and only taken down at certain times I guess. I know my aunt kept it thru adulthood. I'll have to ask her if she still has it. Geez, back then it seemed old when she pulled out that doll...now almost ancient. lol
