Yea I agree there isn't that much info on him. The problem is his boss (Gotti) was so popular with the masses that all attention was on him. But I would not mind hearing a lot more about him.

If Frankie Loc didn't get tied up with Gotti he would have went his entire life flying under the radar. He's one of the quietest and low-key wiseguys to ever come out of the Bronx. I don't usually feel bad for most of these guys, but he's an exception. It's a shame what happened to him.
And yeah, pmac. Frank was a kid when he got straightened out. His brother Joe was fairly young, too. But Joe wasn't nearly as quiet and serious. Joe always loved the horses and playing cards. He ran a game at his club by the Bronx Zoo for years. Yea I agree. It's like Frankie said "My only crime is being a good friend of John Gotti."

Did frankie loc actually grow up in the bronx ? What part? Don't quote me but I think he's from the Pelham Parkway area, as PB said his brother Joe had a clubhouse by the zoo and Torre's crew used to hang around there too, am I right Pizz?

Yeah, Richie comes home this summer. And I've read a lot of silly predictions on these sites about him "joining the administration" and whatnot when he gets out. But don't be surprised if he takes his fortune and moves to Florida full-time. The guy did a ton of time for what amounts to white collar bullshit. If he wants to head down there and sit in the sun with his compare, no one will stop him. He's earned that right .

tommy Gambino did well in the nutmeg state. He did, pmac. But he was never hands on. From the time Tommy was given that territory (right around the time Breezy got popped), right up until he packed it in and moved to California, Braciole was the real power up there.

What about his son? I think Tore is out on the street but not sure. If he is, is he still active? He's probably still relatively young..

Most of the zoo surroundings were pretty rough.

He's loaded and living in florida or california if i remember right That's right, Tommy. Tore's in Naples living the good life. Nothing clandestine about it. He's not down there pretending to be retired to fool the Feds or any of those other silly conspiracy theories. He loves it down there and that's that.

From Underboss
"If he’d had to bet on who might turn, it would have been the most marginal defendant, Frank Locascio. But Locascio had a serious problem. His son was a made member of the family. If Frank flipped, he would be signing his son’s death warrant."
D'Arco flipped before Gravano and his son was a made member. IDK why this would stop Frankie.
