Hey Extortion I know what you mean about there not being many really large houses in Malibu. However, these houses are actually petty large inside. Also I think people mostly pay for the location in Malibu. Many people own houses in Beverly Hills and a house in Malibu. Sort of like how some people really rich people in NYC own homes in the Hamptons as well. Malibu is like the Hamptons of the West Coast. That is a better analogy.
