in the book for the sins of my father albert said there was a bullet hole in roys hand as a natural reaction to shield his face,i wonder if roy had the feeling he was going to be clipped ? you mean the assassin shot roy pointblank in his face? that makes sense, roy using his hand to cover his face. goosebump moment!

You should read "Sins of the father" by Roy's son Albert. Albert States Roy knew he was gonna get clipped for a few months. Finally he asked Alert never to seek retribution when he fnally did get killed. He hugged Albert and left his personal possessions behind as well as a mass card. did Al Pacino scene in Donnie Brasco inspired by this?
