Drink more water and eat more raw fruits and vegetables
or drink the mainstream pure fruit/vegetable drinks like v8 fusion
I'm not a fan of the supplements...I say that you can find foods in nature that provide what the pills do...maybe in not as concentrated a dose. Your right I should probably just change my diet...
