Seems like a cool DVD to get anyway gonna be loads of new pics and interviews from people that know him, wonder if orenas kids know tommy or asked his permission to release this, might have ok'ed this to clear his name from that book by Carlo seeing as the story's out already smile

No, that was the only murder he was tried for that they were unable to convict on. To add to the discussion, worst Mob movie ever: Mobsters(Christian Slater, Patrick Dempsey, and THE Richard Grieco!), what a pile of shit.

Any movie that casts Christian Slater as a mob boss, let alone as Lucky Luciano, should be avoided

Saw death collecter in the movies. Liked it but really liked the guy that starred in it
joe cortese I thought he would be a big star. Never happened.

No one knew who Pesce was at the time.

It is a small world I met both Pesce and cortese at different time.

Pesce told me when they were making the movie he had a fist fight with cortese. Normally cortese should have kick his ass in a fight. He was much bigger then Pesce. Pesce said he was kicking the shit out of him before people stopped it.

I never mentioned to cortese what's was the point. Cortese was a good guy.

Then I posted about it some where. Cortese read it and said it never happened. He did not know it was me who posted it. Then someone who work on the set said it was true

I agree that this COULD be a good movie, but not based off of Carlo's book. Didn't Carlo hate the guy and embellished A LOT in his book to make Tommy look bad? It will just be off, and nowhere near the truth....but then again, so was Goodfellas...kind of...

Would pitera ever had been offered a deal if he agreed to flip on the higher ups in the organisation? Or are his crimes to serious ?

The Feds will offer deals to anyone who can effectively help dismantle OC. Look at Massino, Gravano etc.

Keep in mind the Feds cant sentence a defendant, all they can do is write a recommendation (302) stating assistance and requesting leniency from the Judge.

Was thinking same thing, Gravano got a sweet deal anyway u look at it, but pitera crimes seemed more horrific
