The Heights have a lot of Dominicans. A lot of drugs get dealt there as well. My friends would go there often to get shit. Some gorgeous girls

But all kidding aside, give the Dominicans credit for holding on to the
ONLY ethnic neighborhood remaining in Manhattan.
And believe it or not, you'll find Dominican buildings as far south as 86th and Amsterdam. Not a lot of them, mind you. But they're there. Which is remarkable considering that the Upper West Side is just about the Yuppiest neighborhood you'll ever see today.
