Nicholas Piccolo & John "Johnny Keys" Simone


Nicholas Piccolo...aka Nicky Buck was Born October 10, 1904. Lived at Country Place Apartments, Turnersville NJ. Born in Mammola, Italy in the province of Calabria. He operated Piccolo's 500 Restaurant, 11th and Christian Streets Philly, until 1977 when the restaurant was sold to Michelene D'Alfonso, wife of Frank. The restaurant is known as Cous' Little Italy. Angelo Bruno and his attorney dined at Cous' on the night of Bruno's murder in early 1980.

John Simone was Born Febuary 2, 1911. Lived on Drexel RD Yardley, Penn. A cousin of Angelo Bruno, he and Bruno were very close in social and business activities. Simone operated AAA Linen and Supplies, 927 East State St, Trenton NJ. In the mid-1960's, he lived in Miami FL, where he was involved in business dealings with Charles Costello. John Simone was found murdered on September 19, 1980 in an isolated Staten Island woods.
