This guy was well within his rights if you ask me. This mutt couple robbed this guy before, and he shot the woman dead this last time while she was fleeing. Her boyfriend is being held for murder under the felony murder statute because someone was killed during the commission of the crime. I hope they don't bring charges against the old man.

He should get an award for ridding the world of scum. If he gets charged then I wish death on all the people who have anything whatsoever to do with bringing the charges

Considering the fact that the shooting occurred in liberal anti-gun California coupled with the fact that the subject was shot in the back and not an immediate threat to the life of the shooter, I would suspect that the man will be charged.

We had a situation here in town a number of years ago. A guy (From NYC) opened a really good pizza and sub shop by the entrance to Ft Bragg. A soldier was working there and one day a street thug walked in with a shotgun and robbed the place. The soldier who was licensed to carry ran out after him and shot him in the back, killing him. he family sued and now, sadly no more super good pizzas

Yup, the libs will always come to the defense of the criminal over the victim. It's a sickness.

In a similar vein, two thugs attempted to rob a Waffle House in South Carolina, and a CWP holder killed one perpetrator. Although the shooting was ruled justified, the robber's family is still giving the CWP holder legal grief, saying he needed more training in order to have a license.

Just reading the rationalization by the family is irritating. The deceased was killed trying to pull a robbery on his birthday. Oh, cruel irony.

And did u hear about the kid who shot a cop recently and his mom wants the charges dropped cause she said the cop should have just stayed in his car and drove away? We need more shootings in this country, not less. We just need to shoot the right people

The shooting in Indianapolis, yes. I don't know what people use to rationalize criminal behavior.

Depends on which criminal behavior. In my book, if you didn't hurt someone or steal then you're ok. But my book isn't the law unfortunately
