Snakes that is great insight - for one, I only knew of Carlisi's older brother in Buffalo "Rossario" Carlisi, who was a major East Coast LCN member. No idea he had multiple brothers.

I don't think Joey lived anywhere else than Ohio Street after getting married in 51'. Perhaps the guy you are looking at is his older brother Andrew "Nucci" Lombardo instead? Nucci was one of the best burglars in Chicago - ran with the Panzco's but never really affiliated himself with the Outfit leadership.
