Might be a bit off topic and it was mentioned above, but why was Joe Colombo installed as boss, after ratting on Magliocco and Bonanno. I would have thought he would have been whacked after reveiling the deception. Also Joe Colombo was only a Captain, Who was Underboss and Consigliere at the time Magliocco got shelved?
