But he was only the driver, let's say he walks away from this thing with ehhhh, let's just say 10 years...He's still a young man and he would be on the fast track to be apart of the top brass when he gets out, the guy is a earner, you can't take that away from him

Dante, It's interesting he is reporting that Skinny Joey is the current boss and Uncle Joe the former Boss. Does Roebuck cover the Philly Mob regularly??

I always thought nicedemo would rat but he shows no signs of doing Too early to say that, Nicodemo will try and beat the rap, if he's found guilty then he will make his mind up then. Yup, Massino changed everything. Take your chances at trial, if you win you go free. If you lose, you ask to see the Judge in his chambers right after the verdict is read. Only in America.

If convicted he will get life. That said I don't know if the word of one rat is enough anymore. So even if nicodemo flips there is a chance everyone could still walk.

If a person dies during the commission of a Felony, it doesn't matter if all you did was drive the crash car, act as a lookout, or pull the trigger yourself. You're all equally guilty under the statute. That's why that kid Lilo Brancato was looking at life, even though the other guy pulled the trigger. Because he was there for the break-in. That's all that matters. That he was found not guilty is irrelevant. Because if they found him guilty, he would have been looking at thirty years.

He pulled the trigger. Ratted on the other guys that were there and they went down for it.
When Interpol?

This Galati dude is something else though! Getting deer off the road and setting up an accident scene? That is hilarious!!! I was thinking the same thing. That is hilarious .

Same with Chris Paciello,he never even went to the house. He recently did time and got out for being the driver in the Judy Shemtov slaying. If prison is what you meant by 'the house'.
