66 beautiful cool degrees here on the deck listening to Bears game on WBBM. Only thing better would be a Chicago victory over San Francisco. Go Bears!

Today was a perfect late summer day. 70 degrees, bright blue sky, low humidity. At 6:30 am I went for a 3 mile jog. At 2pm I went for a walk around our local Nature Reserve. Great day.

Wet and dull.

The weather in Brooklyn is cool man real cool, but not too cool which is cool.

Still hot as hell here today in the South too. Can't wait for winter! SC I'll be happy because when the big snow hits up North the utilities come calling

Rain all day in Munich

Autumn has arrived. Temps in the 50s (10-15C) crystal clear blue sky, breezy, leaves starting to fall. We have had a warm autumn. Lot of temps in the 70s (22-25C). Good news for my heating bills.

Early this AM it hit a low of 39 but will be in 70's today and most of the week. WOW that 39 brought back memories of NY . Soup season is here

Two gorgeous days in a row; mid-60s to 70s, blue skies, a nice breeze. Autumn has been kind so far. Two years ago we were preparing for Hurricane Sandy.

Yea we sure do need the rain. It rained here last night and again this morning. Glad it waited til after the trick or treaters were done. Suddenly it seems like fall. Temp is lo 60s I believe.

It's so nice isn't it for a change? I was so glad my kids were able to go trick-or-treating. The rain had "great timing" this year.

Funny how it's suddenly fall-ish. I'm wearing jeans instead shorts or capris for the first time in 5 months or so. I'm all bundled up.

Exactly. I can't wait to wear my boots, better dust them off. Last year my son wore pants to school maybe 3 times. He only owns 2 pairs because it is never cool enough to wear them
People back east never believe me when I tell them that I am wearing shorts and a tank top decorating my Christmas tree running the A/C. Maybe this winter it will be cooler.

Well, I'm from MI originally but must admit even here in CA I'm a big sissy when it's cold. LOL It has to be in the 100s before I'll go swimming. ha ha ha! What can I say. I chill easily. Always have.

That being said, when we first moved here to CA it was fall. We saw school kids waiting for the bus with winter coats on. We laughed at what babies for wearing winter coats in California. Heck, I got rid of all my family's heavy winter coats before we moved here. Well, let me tell you, the next winter or so, I was one of those people wearing a winter coat and so were my kids as I walked them to the bus stop. Ha ha ha

Oh, and with all that being said, I have NEVER EVER missed Michigan winters. I will keep saying the best thing about CA is the weather.

Yesterday we were on Hilton Head SC and the early AM temp dropped to around 40 degrees. Slightly warmer today.
