As for the American LCN there are approximately 1,000 members remaining. But about 90% of that is in the Northeast. Rougly 75% belonging to the 5 NY families alone. To put it another way, you could add up all of the remaining members outside the Northeast and it would be about the same as the smallest NY family.
the ny families may still be around, but, do they still have the trade unions? that was a huge money maker.
