Is it confirmed that uncle joe is retired/semi retired? He seemed to do a good job stabilizing the org but I guess he feels he just missed diein in jail so he stepped aside? Anyone know more?

I think someone posted that mazzones been street boss since 08? Ivr never heard thT I thought in 08 he was a capo or even just a soldier and uncle joe, mousie and staino were basically running the fam?

Also I think I read george borgesi is just a soldier now correct? Scott with another good article in relation to Philly. Though I find it very unlikely Narducci is a part of a ruling panel or that he'd even be considered as boss, by the Merlino faction. The only person he associates with amongst those guys is Stevie Mazzone, he's HATES Joey Merlino, and is on bad terms with both Johnny Chang, and Ligambi. Phil Narducci is the least of Joey Pung's problems as well according to many, Pung has a strong crew around him apparently, and is plugged with NY, Narducci isn't touching him in the most likely scenario. Phil Narducci has problems with his own family, and his brother Frank, they barely have a relationship today. Joe Pung has more going for him than Phil Narducci, and according to some, Narducci is out grinding, and keeping to himself for the most part, while respecting and giving some of his shares to Stevie Mazzone. He acted like a jackass when he came home and was making all sorts of demands and felt he was entitled to something and guys left him alone because of it. Joe Pung has a lot more going for him than Phil Narducci. And Narducci pretty much hates the whole administration. He and Merlino hate each other, he and Johnny Chang hate each other, because Chang sided against Phil with Narducci's nephews, sister & brother Frank in some family dispute they had, and have yet to bury the hatchet.

I never really took stock in the Phil Narducci take over rumors we been hearing about. Unless Chickie Chang or Ligambi had a say since they go back with him, the Merlino faction has no need to appease him. Narducci is very outnumbered in South Philly not only by Mazzone, Johnny Chang and Merlino from a far but the rest of those guys. Micheal Lancelotti along with his family and that whole Jesters crew who have a large number of associates involved. You got the Wagner bothers loyal to Joey and their crew as well, and Borgesi if he is still in the fold.

from the only philly guy I listen to Narducci has a bunch of tenth and o guys around. and i know that was stated recently but ive seen chucky mention that over a year ago. chucky over on the other site is the most accurate poster ive come across on philly.

I've given Chucky his due a zillion times. When I mention that there's one poster whose opinion I value in that town, it's him.

Narducci does have a lot of guys, young and old, looking up and kicking up to him...mainly bookies. However, He is open to people making money however they want it seems like a long as his name isn't all over it. I know a bookie of his who at times will front a drug operation when the guy is low on funds. But that's it, just gives money when needed (they are "friends") and gets back his percent. Probably does it so the guys keeps gambling

I am still trying to figure out if he is getting along with his nephews these days? Were they ever really on that bad of terms? Or was that just a minor issue that was blown out of portion in the news/web? I don't go around asking questions and the Baldinos are a little younger than me so I don't hear much about them other than the regular. Does anyone know if they are really at odds?

From what I have heard, Narducci is on good terms with Stevie and younger guys who never knew him back in the day seem to like him. Who knows though for sure. There is no True 10th and O anymore but there are still guys who grew up together who are tight and do business together and there are a some with Narducci. From what I know the guys are late 20s to early 40s that are new with him since being out.

I would like to know if he is doing business with anyone he use to do business with before he was locked up. Does anyone know? If so, who? He seems to have mainly 30 somethings(late 20s to early 40s) that I know of working for him or with him.

I didn't read through all 8 pages but just wanted to comment on a few things I read since I haven't been on here in a while.

If they are allowing Narducci and a whole crew more into the fold then perhaps this is proof that the Philly mob is stronger than people are saying. I haven't heard of any dispute between Chang siding with Narducci's sister and her sons, the Baldino brothers but I wouldn't be suprised considering next door neighbors or a house or two away for over 20 years.

So 10th and O guys are still active? I am little confused about them. Can someone explain their relation to LCN?

Back in the day it was a junior league(for some) type thing for LCN now from what i hear it is a street crew and drugs.
