This sounds very similar to the charges back in 2009 that involved the Lucchese family and NYC building inspectors.

Looks like the defendants who have mob ties are Agostino Accardo, Michaelangelo Accardo and Vincent DiGregorio. Agostino is a Bonanno associate who was charged in the 2007 bust that included Nicky Santora, Anthony Rabito, Joseph Cammarano Jr., Louis DeCicco and others.
