Of course gotti gave the ok. He was scared of casso so him being dead would have been a weight off his back. Then it failed and casso took revenge. Gotti was even more scared so he made peace with casso. Im sure gotti gave all the blame to angelo and others involved because thats who gotti was. He was basically a moron who thought he was smart lol
it sure seems like with all the shooters gotti had, he at the very least would have sent the very best to clip casso.
and regardless what others say about gotti, you are right. gotti never had the brains of other bosses, he was too full of himself.
why rub it in when you win a case, angering the government who is more determined than ever to put you away.
