Time flies! The best part of Yogi's ten years here has been being able to watch the mini-Yogis grow. We've been privileged to have been able to share some good times, and sad at those not-so-good times with Yogi but he has enriched us all simply by being here.

My first day ever on this BB, I was warmly welcomed by Yogi and an Aussie named Whisper.

We all bantered back & forth in the Bing chat room (which is seriously under used these days) off and on most of the day.

I wish I had a dollar for every time Yogi cursed and said he would be right back as soon as he could. It seems that Mrs. Yogi was out of town for the weekend and Yogi was home alone with his wee ones.

He would return and relay the humorous and mischievous things that his boys were doing. We laughed and had a great time.

Yogi also promised his better half that he would take good care of the kids over the weekend and give them all proper haircuts respectively.

The funniest thing that happened that day was Yogi telling me & Whisper that one of the boys was tired of waiting for Yogi to cut his hair so he did it all by himself. With less than favorable results, of course.

Somehow, like a typical American sitcom, Yogi pulled it all together and made it right just before his dear wife returned!

How can you not revere a chap like that?!? Cheers, my pal!

Who'd thought an English guy would pick a name like Yogi Barrabb-ass? Part American baseball player and part Biblical bad guy. Well he has proven to be an enjoyable enigma. Swabbing the decks on the night shift, trucking his boys off to a futbol game, reading a philosophical novel or sailing off to another Euro. Personally I think he works for one of those British undercover agencies...like the CIA or Scotland Yard.

Regardless, if I ever make it across the pond, Newcastle on Tyne will be my second stop. Cheers mate. Love your warped view of the world.

I studied Italian for 2 semesters. Not once was a "C" pronounced as a "G", and never was a trailing "I" ignored! And I'm from Jersey! tongue lol
