How the fuck did this Cicale get made and promoted to capo in like, a year? Was he some kind of earner? Was it because of a power vacuum? Was it purely because of his relationship to Vinny? I don't get it. Maybe I should just read the Vinny book before asking these questions.
I will read it since it's a gift I got in hardcover, so it's not like I'm gonna go out and buy it.
