It's not remotely possible.

They work together so well in their white collar partnerships because they're two separate groups working together. You merge them, jealousy sets in, ten guys want to be the boss, and it all goes to shit.

Those two families have been working together since the old East Harlem days, then in the Bronx, and up to Westchester. If it ain't broke, you don't fix it wink.
