Stabbing someone is only scary if you see it. You get stabbed from behind in a fight you think your just getting hit.

I saw a rolling stone show from the 70s last night in SF. Stones made the mistake of hiring Hells Angels for security. They had to keep stopping the show because they kept beating up people.

One black guy pulls out his pistola. Next thing you see was hell Angels converge on him with knives. Next thing you know the black guy was dead.

You said it.

I can only hope if that happens to me someone in my family will me the Randall McMurphy treatment.

Going on any roller coaster would literally give me a heart attack, i just cant do it.

I am surprised that no one has mentioned what has been described as the #1 fear of all, public speaking. I have jumped out of planes but sometimes am not comfortable on a roller coaster. I have scuba dived in a sunken shipwreck , but I get scared before an MRI (Full tube one)

You're right I didn't even think about public speaking. Nowadays, NO JOKE they make kids in kindergarten give an oral report to get them used to speaking in front of a group. Both my kids had to do it. Funny huh.

Asking out somebody you REALLY like... leaning in for that first, kiss, etc. You can be confident all you want, something insignificant will always give you away. lol. I've seen huge bodybuilder guys who almost melt at the thought of having to do this, even past their 20s.

Alfanosgirl, I know and this is probably the best thing they could do. We were at an anniversary party recently. We hadn't all been together in many years and we were all asked to get up and tell everyone what we had been doing for the last 30 years. My 10 year old grandson did a great presentation because he has to do it all the time in school

BB, I did an MRI with my head in the tube. I was Ok for awhile but on the last cycle I had to recite the Hail Mary to get through it. I almost pressed the button. Creepy shit.

I would be right behind you with the heart attack. I hate heights. Walking on the edge of a roof would scare the shit out of me.

Those are scary, I've done several of them, CT scans too, etc. I'm only in my 20s and I've had my fair share of health issues... I guess I'm just unlucky. It's not the MRI really, we're just hypochondriacs. I'm a major hypochondriac... my anxiety hits the roof, it's completely through the charts whenever I have to deal with a health issues and I might even have some new ones. God help me cause I can't deal with all this crap, my anxiety will kill me.
