Death penalty is stupid. I would agree with it if it didn't cost taxpayers hundreds of thousands of dollars in appeals. Put this shidrul in the cell next to Basciano and put a hole in Vinnie's cell big enough for a shank.

The DEA says Dr. Anthony Moschetto, who worked in Great Neck, sold blank prescription pads, pain pills and assault weapons. The 54-year-old divorced father of two children was the alleged mastermind of an elaborate plot to have his former business associate and fellow cardiologist Dr. Martin Handler beaten and killed over a business dispute. READ MORE: Long Island Crime Stories Moschetto is accused of hiring James Chmela and James Kalmaras to set fire to Handler’s office. No one was hurt in the February fire. The monthslong investigation by Nassau police and DEA agents began with prescription pills. Nassau's district attorney said undercover agents were also able to buy heroin and assault rifles from Moschetto. Investigators executed a search warrant at the Sands Point home and say they found a cache of weapons, including a hand grenade. Investigators also say they found a stash of illegal knives and other weapons inside a secret room in the basement that was only accessible behind a moving bookshelf. Dr. Moschetto pleaded not guilty in court and is free on bail. His attorney says his client has an “unblemished record.” “He will be vigorously defending all of these charges,” said attorney Randy Zelin. According to the District Attorney's Office, undercover agents were able to buy 400 oxycodone pills and about 200 bags of heroin, in addition to assault rifles between December 2014 and March 2015.

I think Revelation references the Dallas area: According to the U.S. Geological Survey, the Dallas area has suffered almost 40 small earthquakes (magnitude 2.0 or higher) since the beginning of this year, the latest a magnitude-2.7 quake near Farmers Branch on Saturday. I'm kinda torn about the death penalty. As much as he deserves the chair (or worse) martyrdom was the end game. So I think in this particular instance life is better. Fuck that, kill the scumbag. Right to bad they went let one of the parents of that little kid he killed pull the switch.

I don't get out of bed for anything under a 4.1 Interesting article thanks for sharing. 3 miles from the surface is pretty strong but not if only a 2.7 if it was a 4.5 it would knock you down. Most of the quakes here are 8 miles or deeper 12 to 30 mi. being more of the norm.

Young girl fell to her death hiking in the area where I live my family went to the same church. I was good friends with her older sister, we lost touch over the years, sad news to hear.
