Do you think Carlo Caputo (boss of Madison) ever ordered any hits? Theoretically every boss has to on certain points of their careers, but the Madison family was so small and insignificant that I am not sure if Caputo ever had to order hits. I mean, if no competition was interested in his territory, there would be no need, although I don't know much about the Madison mafia history.
