Stagno was a spur of the moment petty criminal temper shooting. Palazzolo and Meldish aren't connected in the slightest. The Meldish hit could be over anything from the past forty years.

A guy named Michael was killed in Throggs neck after shooting at Cops in 05. In the story, he has a brother named Chris who then yells at the police.

Michael Londonio was killed after a police chase in 2005 and then Christopher Londonio was arrested that same day after yelling at police, according to the Bronx Times.

Pasquale (Patty Boy) Maiorino was also reported to have attended a recent meeting Bonanno higher ups at a diner in Bayside. He is apparently Londonio's superior, per Capeci.

The Melshishes were both freelance cowboys. Since the '70s, anyway.
