Graduating college doesn't mean you're smart. It just means you have somewhat average intelligence and were able to sit through 120 credit hours of lectures and regurgitate the information. If they graduated with a degree in engineering, math, or physics, then I'll say they're smart.

I'll put my money on Mr Las Vegas, Moe Dalitz. He went from bootlegging during prohibition, to illegal gambling, to being the father of modern Las Vegas casinos. Not much is known about him and he was filthy rich and powerful.

Now the second on this list might of been between jake guzik meyer lansky john torrio,carlo gambino, and tony accardo. but i kow for a fact arnold rothstein was hands down the smartest.
