Even though he was a cooperating witness and all, wouldn't he be prohibited to socialize with certain people? Kind of like a parole stipulation? One would think so?
No. I don't think rats have parole or probation once they get out.
I could be mistaken, but I doubt he is socializing with anyone from a criminal element. Old non outfit friends and family probably.
