I bought a nose-less seat called "The Easy Seat". Works well. Only drawback was more weight on the wrists and wobbly balance. You'd be surprised how the nose affects your weight distribution.
MC, I don't mean to be preachy, but if the noseless seat is affecting your balance on your bike, you could be putting yourself in more danger than you'd experience in having the condition repaired.
