Maybe before 9/11 he used planes but I seriously doubt he used them after 9/11. I would say the most likely threat is him probably traveling by bus or car. I think he was in Louisiana for a while too which was smart. Go stay in the country where nobody bothers you. That's what got him caught, staying in the city.
