That was always more prevalent in Brooklyn and Southern Queens than in Manhattan and the Bronx. They liked to wear it on their sleeve a little more out that way

Don't get me wrong, there were flashy guys here, too. That's not my point. But as a whole, they really seemed to like the attention a little more out in Brooklyn than in Harlem, Little Italy and the Bronx. Different schools.
