And more often than not, some of the old timers just get put out to pasture, especially when they stop earning.
I'm sorry if it's a stupid question, but what usually stops the old timers from earning? I imagine the made guys have long established rackets and associates to use as muscle. Is it simply younger guys of same rank taking over their business and them not being able to do anything about it or is it real old age stuff, you know, losing your memory/witts?
