Which disease does he have, PB? Or is it just his age? I mean, people don't go blind all of a sudden, so it must be something.
It's not "all of a sudden." He has macular degeneration ever since he was a decorated war hero in WW2. He's slowly been going blind all his adult life.
He's done. He splits his time between his home in Battery Park and the VA on 23rd Street.
