Today, in the age of internet revolutionaries whose only form of action is to "tweet" something...people need to read about artists who LITERALLY were sticking their necks out to challenge the system. As GSH said "the revolution will not be televised" and it certainly won't be on facebook.
I know VERY little about Rock music but, just from what I've listened to, wouldn't you have to include Keith Moon in the list of best drummers?

Yeah I'm sure he is an interesting, I will have to check out those drummers. I saw the band Tauk a few months ago when they opened for Umphrey's McGee, that have a great drummer.

Should probably ask Mr. Kierney. I guess if you're Italian, you should be in prison. I've read the RICO Act, and I can tell you it's more appropriate... for some of those guys over in Washington than it is for me or any of my fellas here

"The Gleam in Your Eyes" by the Channels. "Walk Away Renee" by the Left Banke.
What a song!!! "The Gleam in Your Eyes" is definitely a song that speaks to my soul. Turnbull, you sure like deep, passionate and meaningful tunes. VERY NICE.
