type about in chrome browser,

then click chrome urls :clicks flags on the page that comes up,

click ENABLE NPAPI, its the 10th one down from top of the page

go to that TIS, click enable then restart chrome, chrome was updated awhile ago, and setting for flash player and such where messed up because of it
