Work can be a dangerous place. I was medically retired after being attacked by a patient while on the job in a state developmental center. In another facility one of the staff was beaten to death by a patient.
Our local paper regularly runs stories about health care workers at our hospital being attacked by patients--as if the workers' jobs aren't difficult enough. I'm sorry you had that experience, F1.
