now that is indeed beautiful...i was gonna buy the special edition they have out now...but i'll definatly wait for this edition. dazed and confused is definatly one of my favourite movies.

I just wish they would have hate a date but at least I know it's going to come out in the next 3 months. I wonder what the features will be? Did you also hear about Platoon getting a 2-disc special edition on May 30 and the Butch Cassidy & the Sundance Kid Special Edition on June 6? I'll be getting both of those as well (been holding out for Butch Cassidy for this)

Yes TIS, they're trying to cut the time it takes for a movie to get from theaters to DVD. Harry Potter and the Goblet of Fire was out on DVD in March when it opened in theaters last November. Same thing can be said for Walk the Line and even King Kong (which didn't enter theaters until December)
