Unless they had a falling out that I never heard or about and am forgetting, Zizzo was always Marcello's guy. Sarno (along with Sal Cataudella) came out of that old Rocky Infelise crew and made his play for Cicero after getting put of prison. By that point, most of the other top guys were either in prison (Infelise, Solly D) or under indictment (Spano, Inendino).
