Moving to Cleveland in March.... You Cleveland guys have any suggestions on great Italian places to eat, Meat Market, and Sports Bars? Will be on the East Side.

Mama Santa's in Little Italy is one of the best. Also,check out Geraci's in University Heights and Jimmy Daddonna's in Solon.

i know some good places 30 minutes from cleveland with godly italian food BUT in cleveland itself no.

I know this is an older post but there is a suburb of Cleveland named Parma that has an incredible place called Stancato's. It is great Italian food. You will hear people rant and rave about a place called Carrie Cerrino's also in Parma but is overrated and expensive.
