Gaggi was furious when he found out that DeMeo was trafficking in child porn and threatened to kill him if he didn't stop. It's unclear if Castellano ever found out about DeMeo but Robert DiBernardo was investigated for his own involvement in the trade.

These are the only two examples I'm aware of. One can find an exception to just about every rule but I think there are things that would keep a guy from getting made. As a rule of thumb, I don't think a known pedophile is going to get made. Just like a known homosexual wont. There only being a couple examples of members dealing in child porn says the same thing for that. I also agree with Capeci that most mob guys wouldn't knowingly assist terrorists, even for profit.
